　　一、联系方式

　　二、工作要求
　　（1）加强领导，健全制度。建立基层党建工作联系点是推动基层党建工作、提升党员干部能力素质的一项重要措施。要高度重视联系点工作，切实加强领导，建立健全联系记录、重大事项报告制度。
　　（2）统筹安排，经常联系。要统筹安排工作时间，正确处理好日常工作和基层联系的关系，采取灵活有效的方式开展联系指导工作，每年到联系点指导工作不少于6次，同时可采取蹲点调研的方式，每年利用3天左右时间对联系点的党建工作开展一次专题调研活动，及时总结和宣传推广联系点的好做法和取得的成功经验，以点上的经验推动面上的工作。
　　（3）严肃纪律，树立形象。要牢记两个务必，保持艰苦奋斗的优良传统，严格遵守廉洁自律要求，真正做到为民、务实、清廉。要尊重基层的首创精神，虚心向基层学习、向群众学习，善于从基层的实践和创造中汲取养分，热心为基层组织排忧解难，密切党群干群关系，树立组工干部良好形象
　　（4）联系基层、联系项目、联系党员、联系群众，定期调研了解、听取一线意见建议，不断改进领导人员思想作风、工作作风和领导作风；在联系点的选择上，要多与工作生活条件差、发展问题较多的基层单位建立联系点。各级机关党组织要通过开展于基层结对共建活动，深入一线、深入客户接触点，努力提升服务基层的“倒三角”支撑能力。
