　　经过这一阶段对“三严三实”的认真学习与领悟，发现自己还存在一些不严不实的问题，为了更好地做好本职工作，为党和人民作出更大的贡献，特提出以下整改方案。

　　一、在严以修身方面，存在政治学习不够，理论功底不深，缺乏持之以恒的精神的问题。要切实加强政治理论学习，每月至少一次深入理论学习，不断提升理论素养。整改时限为xx日。

　　二、在严以用权方面，存在权为民所用的政治觉悟还有待于进一步提高，对“我是谁、为了谁、依靠谁”认识还不够深刻的问题。要进一步提高认识，严把审批关，任何时候都不搞特权，不以权谋私，重大事项集体讨论，真正做到权为民所用。整改时限为xx日。

　　三、在严以律己方面，存在没有做到谨言慎行，有时说空话套话的问题。要坚定理想信念，践行社会主义核心价值观，消除自己的不良思想。整改时限为xx日。

　　四、在谋事要实方面，存在管理水平还需提高，部分工作督导不到位的问题。要不断学习先进管理知识，提高执行力，对具体落实的事项规定责任人、完成时间、检查方式及持续改进措施。整改时限为xx日。

　　五、在创业要实方面，存在遇到发展难题有时缺乏攻坚克难的锐气，欠缺攻克难关的方法。要不断解放思想，实事求是，对重点问题进行认真梳理，开拓思维，注重学习先进经验，攻克发展难关。整改时限为xx日。

　　六、在做人要实方面，存在对职工与患者不够细心，对他们遇到困难掌握不全面的问题。要无论工作多么繁忙，坚持每天深入科室，及时了解职工患者遇到的困难并第一时间解决。整改时限为xx日。
