　　她是一个普通的女人，但她却画出了不普通的人生轨迹。###，用行动为我们丈量了失业与创业的距离。
　　1997年###从##县植物油厂下岗，不服输的韧劲令她从此走上了创业之路。创业艰，创业难，创业路上多风险。13年来，她吃过苦，受过委屈，遇过小偷，上过当；没有人能计算出在这条创业之路上她究竟付出了多少。但她终于以自身诚信经营获得南方投资者的信赖，为她换来了长期的收购销售合同。就这样，她一步一个脚印的走来，就这样，她用自己的坚持和执着把人生的道路开拓。
　　如今，###的事业不断发展壮大，先后建立了##、##、##、##、##5个收购点，并承包了##粮库粮油经销公司，新安装了玉米烘干塔和日产60吨的大米加工设备。同时，她还创建了##县粮食物流有限公司。目前她旗下的公司有烘干塔5座，日烘干量达到1800吨；社会上为她运输的车辆有200多台，触角延伸到1、2、3、4、5等县市。2009年仅玉米流出量就达20万吨。
　　饮水思源，心装农民。###富起来的同时并没有忘记身边的父老乡亲。
　　##镇居民***一家，家里非常困难，###看在眼里、急在心上，虽然当时企业是淡季，根本不缺人手，但她还是让***全家来厂里上了班，不仅包吃住，每月还给他们开2300元的工资。别人不理解地说：“你真是个大慈善家呀！白养了个大活人，亏不亏啊！”而###只是一笑了之。###常说：“员工要是心往一处想，劲往一处使，咱这企业就没有过不去的坎。”
　　几年来，她热心社会公益事业，先后为村里修路投资10多万元、**火灾捐款5万元、支助大学生2万元、“春蕾计划”捐款1万元，在汶川地震和玉树地震中，累计向灾区捐款达6万多元。特别是今年我县的抗洪抢险过程中，她亲自带着公司的车队冲在了抗洪的最前线，受灾群众捐款5万元。
