　　一、工会工作
　　1、学习贯彻党的十八届三中全会精神，贯彻实施《工会法》。
　　2、积极开展富丰富多彩的群众性活动、丰富职工的业余文化生活，满足职工多层次的精神文化需求，增强职工的凝聚力和向心力，让更多的职工运动起来，不断增强职工的身体素质和体能。
　　3、维护职工合法权益，密切联系群众，关心职工的生活，听取职工的意见和要求，帮助职工解决困难。继续开展“送温暖”活动，慰问伤、病困难职工，及时送去组织的温暧。
　　二、图书馆工作
　　1、1-4月：采购2014年新书，新购进的纸质图书一律进行分类、编目，登记，尽快上架流通，并做好推荐工作。
　　2、2月：及时上传国家中心数据资源至图书馆网站，供乡镇基层中心学习使用，并建立本县支中心数据资源库。
　　3、4- 10月：搞好全县“农家书屋”和文化共享工程基层点的辅导培训，做好对乡镇文化中心、社区、基层服务点业务辅导工作。开展下乡辅导培训不少于10次。
　　4、4月至11月：认真开展“童之趣”杯少儿征文活动，借下乡培训的机会，大力宣传少儿征文活动，并与学校联系，开展送书上门服务活动。
　　5、图书流通点（武装部）定期更换新书，并与学校联合建立新的图书流通点。
　　6、主动与社区、学校联系，聘请相关专业人士，经常性地开展各类讲座读书活动，每季度不少于一次。
　　7、围绕读书宣传周、世界读书日积极开展公共图书馆服务宣传，在广场、社区开展以读书为主题的宣传活动，让更多人走进图书馆。
　　8、通过读书征文、演讲等活动，选拔优秀选手参加市级组织的比赛，力争取得好成绩。
　　9、积极参加省、市组织的各类业务培训。
　　10、做好安全保卫工作。
　　三、纪检监察工作
　　1、对局机关及所属二级机构的工作纪律、工作状态等情况每周督查一次。
