尊敬的赵市长、张县长、各位领导：
　　今天，很高兴来到了**市**县，记得2005年的6月份，我曾经来过**，那是参加全省地震安全农居示范工程现场会，时隔几年故地重游，**的变化很大，特别是防震减灾工作一直走在全省的前列，这是与**县委、县政府的高度重视分不开的，与相关部门的大力配合分不开的，与地震部门的同志辛苦工作分不开的。
　　**近几年来，在县委、县政府的正确领导下，在地震监测预报、震害防御、应急救援三大体系建设上取得了明显成效，机构设置、工作经费，人员配置基本完善，特别是在抗震设防管理、地震科普宣传、地震安全农居工程等工作上有特色、有亮点，积累了不少好经验、好作法，值得充分肯定。
　　通过今天的检查，我发现**的同志工作做得很细致、很到位，同时，我也提几点希望和要求：
　　一是加快**地震台站的后续建设力度，完善**地震指挥中心的建设，尽早投入运行，发挥出效益。
　　二是进一步加强建设工程抗震设防管理工作，切实做好震害防御工作。
　　三是进一步加强地震应急救援工作，做到防患于未然，有备无患。
总之，基层地震部门的同志工作很辛苦，但责任很重大，使命很光荣，希望同志们继续发扬我们**的老区精神，将**的防震减灾工作推上一个新的台阶，为**的经济社会发展提供坚强保障。
