　　闽东一汽服务站，在2010年度，涌现出了很多感人事迹，其中汤崇祥同志就是其中的一个典型代表。
　　汤崇祥，男，现年32岁，是闽东一汽服务站的技术骨干。提起汤崇祥同志，和他共事过的同事都会伸出大拇指。
　　作为一名汽车修理工，他不但精通多种型号车辆的维修技术，而且熟练地掌握了各种车辆维修的技能；而他对车辆维护常识的领悟能力及车辆维护技术的掌握更让人称道，无论是新车走合和维护，还是车辆换季、行车中、回场后、轮胎、一级、二级、发动机、底盘、电器、车身等维护方面，他都能非常熟悉的掌握其相关技术。在闽东一汽服务站，凡是有车辆维护难题的地方，大家最先想到的是汤崇祥同志。
　　修理工出身的他，刚到服务站上班时，也遇到过不少困难，但是凭着一股钻劲、倔劲和对本职工作的热爱，他克服重重困难，边工作边学习，很快的掌握了专业知识，熟悉了解了车辆的技术性能，成为一名行家里手。刚进服务站时，为了完成好工作任务，适应工作需要，除了上班时间向同事请教外，还买回大量专业书籍，利用休息时间认真自学、钻研。经过刻苦努力，已经熟练掌握了汽车修理的知识、技能，并在工作中运用自如。
