　　为深入学习实践科学发展观，根据《市物价局深入开展学习实践科学发展观活动实施方案》安排，在充分征求意见并紧密结合物价工作实际的基础上，拟定了我局领导班子开展调研的课题题目，现就调研工作提出如下工作方案。

　　一、成立调研工作领导小组

　　二、调研组人员及调研课题

　　第一组：**牵头，基金办、价调科有关人员参加。调研课题：价格调节基金的征收管理和使用。

　　第二组：**牵头，收费科、检查局有关人员参加。调研课题：进一步完善涉企收费明白卡制度。

　　第三组：**牵头，成本队、收费科有关人员参加。调研课题：如何规范中心城区垃圾处置费。第四组：**牵头，价格科、办公室有关人员参加。调研课题：中心城区二次供水的调研。

　　三、调研方式和时间安排要采取召开座谈会、深入群众走访、开展问卷调查、网络调查、设置意见箱、电子信箱等方式开展调研。要坚持理论联系实际，密切联系群众，深入基层、深入一线，充分掌握调研的第一手资料，努力解决影响和制约我市科学发展的价格难题。调研时间从2009年*月27日至*月20日，调研结束后，牵头人要对撰写调研报告作出部署并亲自参与撰写工作，调研报告应在*月10日前完成并交市委学习活动领导小组办公室。在调研活动基础上，全局集中进行调研交流，局领导班子成员作交流发言，调研交流时间另行通知。
